Sculk sensor doesn't detect player turning dirt into mud

The sculk sensors usually detect vibration, however it doesn't detect players placing water bottles on dirt to turn it into dirt.

How to Reproduce

1. Place dirt and sculk sensor next to each other
2. Place the water bottle on the dirt to turn it into mud

Observed Result
The sculk sensor doesn't detect it

Expected Result
The sculk sensor detects it
