No circle DPI in new touch controls

There's no circle DPI in new touch controls(touch).

How to Reproduce
1. Open Minecraft world
2. Go to Settings and click Touch
3. Turn on the new touch controls
4. Click Touch out of 3 touch controls
5. Try place and break blocks, and attack mobs

Observe Results
The circle DPI doesn't show by placing and attacking mobs. (Only breaking blocks)

Expected Results
The circle DPI will show by placing, breaking and attacking just like the classic button, which is D-pad.
