Graphical issue regarding any blocks far away being blacked out.

I am using a Motorola Droid Maxx. I am aware this issue has been reported previously, however, Although the original issue states it has been resolved, I am on the newest Minecraft PE version and I can tell you the problem persists. I have attached a screenshot of my game for you to look at.

Please fix the problem if at all possible, thank you for your time.
