The Focused Highlight gains an extra pixel when clicking on a Tab Button on the Sidebar on the New Create New World Screen.

How to reproduce: (a controller is recommended)

1. Focus any Tab Button on the Sidebar by moving the Joystick, pressing the D-Pad, or pressing the Arrow Keys
2. Observe the Focus Highlight
3. Click on any Tab Button
4. Observe the Focus Highlight

Observed Results:

The Focused Highlight gains an extra pixel when a Tab Button is clicked on

Expected Results:

The Focused Highlight should remain the same after clicking on a Tab Button
