Any and All button hitboxes on the Sidebar on the Create New World Screen is off Centered downwards by one pixel.

How to reproduce:

1. Hover your mouse over the first row of pixels on any button on the sidebar
2. Observe the Button not highlighting
3. Hover over the Gray Pixels right below the button
4. Observe the Button highlighting

Observed Results:

The Buttons hitboxes are off Centered downwards by one pixel

Expected Results:

The Buttons hitboxes should be correctly Centered with the actual button
