Jumping on pointed dripstone with Jump Boost deals no damage

Jumping or Falling on Dripstone deals no damage if you have Jump Boost.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place pointed dripstone
2. Stand on the pointed dripstone
3. /effect @s jump_boost
4. Switch to Survival mode
5. Jump

Observed Results:
Player takes no damage.

Expected Results:
Player should take damage.
