Sculk Sensor and Sculk Shrieker drop xp after breaking them with Silk Touch

I was seeing if I was able to obtain the shrieker with Silk Touch and it did work, but I notice that it was still dropping xp.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enchant a hoe with Silk Touch
2. Place a sculk sensor and sculk shrieker
3. Switch to Survival mode
4. Mine the sculk sensor and sculk shrieker with the hoe

Observed Results:
The sculk sensor and sculk shrieker drop themselves and experience.

Expected Results:
The sculk sensor and sculk shrieker should only drop themselves.
