The sound when a froglight is broken cannot be heard

Froglights that are broken are supposed to make a unique sound as of 1.19.0.24/25 beta, however, they do not.

How to reproduce

1. Pick any of the froglights
2. Place them, then break them

There is no sound when they are broken.
