Emote in slot one will not play

The first slot of emote is not working properly
The emote in slot one will not play while the others are working properly.

Steps To Reproduce :
Open the character creator and go to edit character
Select any emote in the "Emote 1" slot
Join/Create any world
Try playing the emote in your 1st slot.

Observerd Result :
No matter how hard you try the emote in 1st slot will not play

Expected Result
The emote will play
