Bubble column cloned using the /clone command appears invisible

I tried to copy my build into another area in my world when I realized the water in it was gone invsible and doesn't produce bubble columns.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build a bubble elevator using a magma block or soul sand
2. Copy the build using the /clone command then paste it somewhere else

Observed Results:
The water gone invisible and the bubble columns disappear

Expected Results:
The water appears visible and the bubble columns working correctly
