Unusual Gameplay and Visuals

Sometimes playing in a server, for example Lifeboat it gives unusual gameplay. Like when a friend of mines was placing railroads it started glitching when I fixed it and I placed the last railroad it was in the wrong position. Also, when I tried placing a railroad under me it just vanished and didn’t get placed so I had to jump and place it at the same time.

Steps to produce:

1. Go in a popular server/or a server
2. (this happens sometimes so there is no extra step, but to find it)

What I expected:
Normal gameplay just like singleplayer, realms, and multiplayer (not including servers).

Observed Results:
Very unusual gameplay, some placements are really weird and the gameplay is really unusual.
