Elytra loses the colors of the cape you are currently wearing

At any point in the Minecraft game, when using elytra, the elytra lose the colors of the cape you are currently wearing, and for the elytra to revert to the color of the layer we have to enter the skin editor and exit and return to the game, I hope it will be solved soon since it happens to me very often.
