Shield is Put on Cooldown When Interacting with New Touch Controls

When I was testing some stuff out with the shield with new touch controls when pressing the interact the shield is put on cooldown.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. When making a world choose new UI as “Crosshair”

2. Put Shield in main hand

3. Press the interact

 

Observation Results:

Shield is put into a cool down.

 

Expectation Results:

Nothing happens when clicking it
