How to reproduce:

1. Go to the Seed Templates Screen
2. Observe the Seed Template thumbnails still loading after the loading spinner disappears

Observed Results: The Seed Template thumbnails are still loading, after the loading spinner disappears

Expected Results: The Seed Template thumbnails should all be loaded, after the loading spinner disappears
