The Input Legend does not scale correctly in the Seed Templates Screen.

How to reproduce (a controller is required):

1. Go to the Seed Templates Screen
2. Scroll all the way down
3. Observe the Input Legend not scaling correctly in the Seed Templates Screen

Observed Results: The Input Legend is hiding some seed templates after you scroll all the way down

Expected Results: The Input Legend should not be hiding any seed templates after you scroll all the way down
