Clicking on a Selected Textbox shows the placeholder text in the new UI

Clicking on a Selected Textbox shows the placeholder text in the new UI.

How to reproduce:

1. Select a textbox with placeholder text in it (Examples: World name, World seed)
2. Click on the same selected textbox
3. Observe the textbox showing the placeholder text when clicked on

Observed Results:

The Green bar disappears but also shows the placeholder text

Expected Results:

The Green bar disappears but should not show the placeholder text
