Textbox shaking animation is broken in the new UI

Textbox shaking animation is broken in the new UI.

How to reproduce:

1. Go to the Advanced Tab and scroll down to the Respawn Radius textbox
2. Select the Textbox and press Backspace once
3. Deselect the Textbox
4. Observe the Shaking animation

Observed Results:

The Textbox shaking animation is broken

Expected Results:

The Textbox shaking animation should play correctly when deselected
