The sculk catalyst does not spread when a frog eats a slime or a magma cube.

How to Reproduce
1. Place a sculk catalyst
2. Summon small-sized slimes/magma cubes
3. Spawn a few frogs
4. Let them eat the slime/magma cubes

Expected result
Sculk catalyst would spread the sculk after the frog eats them.

Observed result
Sculk catalyst ignores it.
