Bats do not face different directions while flying

Bats will only face west, not turning in correspondence with their flying direction. In contrast, the rotations of bats hanging from blocks will follow the turn of their gaze.
Testing in Creative, with bats spawned via spawn eggs. It isn't known if or how this may affect preexisting mobs.
