Projectiles that land on top of a mud block repeatedly shake

Summary
Projectiles like thrown tridents and arrows that land on the top of a mud block start to repeatedly shake and make their hit sounds, which is not intended.

Steps to reproduce
1. Get a Trident, a Bow, and a Mud block.
2. Place one or more mud blocks on the ground and shoot a Trident/arrow on them

Expected result
They would fall and land properly on the mud block.

Actual result
They act with a broken behavior, as the video attached shows.

Important: this issue cannot be tested anymore and is currently blocked by MCPE-154973.
