Mangrove propagule hitbox doesn't match java version

Summary:
Mangrove propagule hitbox doesn't match java version. In the java version, it has a horizontal hitbox of 2 by 2 pixels, and in the bedrock it is 4 by 4 pixels.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place the mangrove propagule.
2. Look at his hitbox horizontally.

Observed results:
Mangrove propagule hitbox is 4 by 4 pixels horizontally.

Expected results:
Horizontal hitbox of the mangrove propagule will be the same as in the java version - 2 by 2 pixels.
