Sculk Sensor doesn't detect boat movement

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a boat on the ground or on water;
2. Place a sculk sensor next to it;
3. Enter the boat and move;
4. Place a magma block or soulsand underneath to produce bubble columns.

Observed Results:
The sculk sensor ignores the boat in both situations.

Expected Results:
Both actions produce a "splash" vibration type.
