You can't open your inventory when riding something with a seat offset greater than 10.7 blocks

The bug

If you're riding a custom entity with a seat position that puts you more than 10.7 blocks away from the entity, you can't open your inventory.

How to reproduce

1. Download the attached world
2. Get in the boat
3. Press E

Your inventory should open
