my survival suffered changes when logging in

Hello, yesterday I realized that after having played in my survival for the second time, I noticed that 2 holes appeared in my world and making different modifications to it. I attach images.

Before re-entering minecraft, it asked me to log in again. Then I entered my world and it notified me of an error to re-enter, and when I did so I realized that my survival suffered changes and these holes appeared.
