Minecraft Marketplace Items Begin Updating, But Does not make Progress

When I want to update a Minecraft map (or anything on the marketplace) it is already updating, but doesn’t load. I have tried to delete the map/texture, but it still doesn’t load. I AM MOT GOING TO DELETE Minecraft!!

steps to reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft
2. go to Minecraft Marketplace and choose the stuff you own.
3. Click an updating map/texture and see it won’t load

Observation results: maps begin downloading but do not make progress

Expected Results: Maps should download quickly.
