DLCs in Marketplace is not updating anymore

I am using Xbox One

In the marketplace same of my dlc need an update, but when i Start the Update some Problems came up

1. I download the map, it installed the update and the it still says, than he wants to update

2. I try to update, but the update is 0 kb

3. Deleted the map completly, made a reboot of my xbox one, download the map, says that it needs an update.

4. Download starts and hang up in the process
