structure block load horse and leash knot,but horse is disappear

structure block When the "remove block" option is turned on, after save "horse and leash", and load this saved structure again, the horse disappears, and the leash knot remains on the fence. turning this option on should not make the horse disappear

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Tie the horse to the fence with a leash
2. Place the structure block on the ground and set it to storage mode
3. Turn on the "Remove Blocks" option
4. Make sure the box is on the horse and the leash knot and save structure
5. kill all entitys
6. reload the saved structure

Observed Results:

After the structure is loaded, the horse disappears, the leash knot does not disappear
