Trees are cut in half

Some trees that are generated or planted by player are sometimes cut in half, I don't know why this is happening maybe it's from the render distance.I often See trees cut in half on different Forest and its also happening on mushroom biome, I see Giant mushroom cut in half.This is happen when I load new chunk/biome , login to my game and even crash and relogin on my game.
