Reinforced Deepslate are not resistant to wither's explosion

The new Reinforced Deepslate block is currently not resistant to the wither's explosion.

How to Reproduce
1. Place down a cube size reinforced deepslates using commands.
2. Spawn a wither manually with soul sand and wither skulls.
--> The reinforced deepslate is destroyed when the wither is summoned or killed.

Expected Result
The reinforced deepslate should be resistant to the wither's explosion.
