Parity Issue: Warden burrows during the day/when the day comes

Warden burrows during the day/when the day comes. This only happens if there are no blocks above the Warden. It's also breaking parity with Java, where Warden doesn't instantly hide when summoned during the day in the open air. Also, the Warden will not hide when it rains (even during the day).

How to Reproduce

1. Spawn the Warden in day time.

Observed Result
The Warden instantly digs into the ground.

Expected Result
The Warden doesn't dig into the ground when changed into day time.
