Skins on Marketplace product pages fail to load

Summary:
On the product pages for skin packs and mash-up packs, the skins near the bottom of the page fail to load. This issue does not occur in 1.18.12.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Marketplace
2. Click on a skin pack
3. Scroll down near to the bottom of the page

Observed Results:
The box that normally displays all the skins in the skin pack is empty.

Expected Results:
The box should display all the skins in the skin pack.
