Not getting any achievements and the world has never been with cheats

I play the latest version in windows 10 and on xbox one x. We went through the end portal and killed the dragon. We've made a nether portal and went through. We did a lot of achievements but we didn't get them. My world has never been with cheats. We actually made a new world and did the target box achievement to just make sure and again that one didn't give the achievement.
