Achievements not loading

For months now I have been trying to get achievements on a world that has achievements enabled, I have done it with wifi and I'm signed into my Microsoft and Xbox. I did the achievement with the mojang banner two months ago but never got it. I tried to do it again a month ago but did not get the achievement.
