When you're breaking the boat with chest near piglins, the piglin aren't angered.

How to Reproduce
1. Place a boat with chest.
2. Spawn a few piglins.
3. Wear gold armor.
4. Go to survival mode and break the boat with chest.

Observed Result
The piglins aren't angered.

Expected Result
The piglins are angry at all.
