Wither 1 & 2 effect is ineffective

The wither effect given by the Wither boss is nonfatal & losses it's singularity of being hazardous. The now refined armor in previews, standard or enchanted, hinders all damage outputs specified. To view this issue, define the wither effect by examining the 1.18.12 to the new previews
