Kelp generating on Ocean Monument entrances gets cut off

Kelp generating on certain points of an ocean monument get there bottom cut off, but still float there. Ex. Ocean monument entrances.

 

to reproduce, find ocean monument in biome with kelp.

Observe that kelp that spawns over the entrance gets cut off.
