3D Export From Structure Block Doesn't Load Some Surfaces

Exporting 3d models and viewing builds in a structure block often doesnt show many of the faces. This affects the export and 3d print. To replicate this just place a structure block and select a build. I have found that replacing the blocks in the build can remove the effects but it is hard to get a clean model.
