How to reproduce:

1. Go to the New Create New World screen with a Controller
2. Focus the Create Button
3. Observe the Input Legend saying (A) Select while focusing the Create Button

Observed Results: It says (A) Select when focusing the Create Button

Expected Results: It should say (A) Create when focusing the Create Button
