Sculk sensor doesn't drop XP when broken without Silk Touch

When breaking the sculk sensor, the sculk sensor doesn't drop XPs without silk touch.

How to Reproduce
1. Place a few sculk sensors.
2. Break them.

Expected Result
The sculk sensor drops XPs when breaking without silk touch.

Observed Result
The sculk sensor drops itself, as if it was silk touched.
