summoning a parrot with /summon with spawn event on_tame makes throwed potions hit you except while moving

Steps to reproduce
1 summoning a parrot by using /summon parrot ~ ~ ~ minecraft:on_tame rather than by taming a parrot with seed
2 walk to the summoned parrot so that it ride you
3 throw a potion or a projectile

Expected result : throwing a potion SHOULD not hit the parrot that was summoned by/summon parrot ~ ~ ~ minecraft:on_tame while it's riding on you, rather is should continue flying until it hit the ground or another entity

Observed Results: any potion or projectile that you throw while a parrot that you summoned using /summon parrot ~ ~ ~ minecraft:on_tame is riding you will hit the parrot. note the parrot won't get damaged
