Unnable to put custom skins

I tried to put my own custom skins on the dressing room (character creator) and then when I select one, the button for "Ok" doesn't appears.

Then I go back and I'm Steve or Alex.

The same process ocurs when I have already a custom skin or when I delete one of the skins.
