World loads in but can’t do anything or see much

I try to load my saved game and when I look around I can see through the floors to view caves and ravines under the map. I can’t open my inventory or do anything I can’t break blocks. There are no mobs it’s night and I can’t sleep when I try it doesn’t even say anything. I’ve tried to delete saved data uninstall and reinstall. I’ve rebooted Xbox I’ve rebooted modem and nothing works. I try to go through my nether portal and it doesn’t do anything. Every time my friends attempt to join to see if it’s same for them it says connecting. 

this happened before and I restarted my world but I don’t wanna do again.
