No Loading Tips Show When Loading World

When you load a world up, it used to show loading tips, but it does not anymore.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load the world.
2. Observe the text on the screen.

Observed Behaviour

The following shows when you load the world:

1. Building Terrain
2. Loading Resources
3. Loading...
4. Done!

Expected Behaviour

There should be some randomised loading tips.

 

This did not happen in 1.16.x, and ever since 1.17 arrived, the loading tips disappeared.
