llama following me

I killed a wandering trader and my friend hopped on the llama, and the llama started following me. I one shot the trader and it only works if my friend is on the llama. I was able to replicate it with both llamas from the merchant and one shotting another merchant. The glitch works from a fair distance away, and is very funny. We were both in a peacful survival world.
