Sculk sensor does not respond to levers and buttons

The sculk sensor currently doesn't respond to levers and buttons, whereas Java currently does.

How to Reproduce
1. Place a sculk sensor.
2. Place a lever and buttons next to it.
3. Flick the lever and press the buttons.

Observed Result
The sculk sensor doesn't respond to it.

Expected Result
The sculk sensor responds to it.
