Shulker's don't take damage/clone from their own Bullet!

Making A Shulker hit it's own Bullet doesn't make the shulker take any damage. This cause a really big problem to farm shulker shells with only One Shulker!

How To Reproduce:

1. Create A New World.
2. Spawn In One Shulker.
3. Go To Survival Mode.
4. Make The Shulker Hit It's Own Bullet

Observed Results:
When The Bullet Hits The Shulker, The shulker doesn't take any damage and the bullet passes through them and follows the player or despawns.

Expected Results:
The Bullet should hit and the shulker should take damage, and with the new Shulker mechanics, it should duplicate Shulkers. This will in parity with Java Edition.
