Allay with items freezes when the player moves 20 blocks away from him

Summary:
Allay with items freezes when the player moves 20 blocks away from him.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Summon Allay.
2. Give him any item.
3. Move away from Allay 20+ blocks.

Observed results:
Allay freezes after a couple of seconds.

Expected results:
Like other mobs, as well as Allay without items, Allay with items will not freeze when the player moves away from him for 20+ blocks.
