Sculk sensor detects falling wool

Summary:
Sculk sensor detects falling wool. The sculk sensor should not detect falling fur (as item) according to the java version.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place Sculk sensor.
2. Throw wool.

Observed results:
When falling, the wool creates a vibration that is picked up by the Sculk sensor.

Expected results:
Wool will not create vibrations, so the Sculk sensor will not detect to falling wool.
