Saved world stuck on building terrain

Hello,
When I try to load any of my saved games they get stuck in generating world building terrain screen. I waited 10 min for one world to open and it did not . Same time later I was able to open one but for the first few minutes there was some lag but I wasn't online so that's odd. So is it just me or a bug?
