The player does not take suffocation damage if the player has a water breathing effect 

This bug can be recreated by:

• Go to a 1 x 2 x 1hole
• Drink water breathing potion
• Fill the hole with gravity affected full block (like sand, gravel, and concrete powder)

Player suffocating
